Groot takes the Guardians to his home, Planet X, in a quest to regrow his race from his newly repowered World Pod. Instead, they find the planet overrun by feral, evil SYMBIOTES and uncover a plot by the symbiotes to spread themselves across the galaxy, including Asgard, home world the of The Avenger, Thor! It’s an all-out war as the Guardians fight against Venomized Asgardians to defend the World Tree and fight against the infection reaching all of the nine realms.
