Digitally restored by the Cohen Film Collection, these three classics from Buster Keaton, an early pioneer of cinema are some of the best examples of his mastery in silent film. Known for his physical comedy combined with a stoic deadpan expression he performed all his own stunts, often at great personal risk, and his influence and legacy has been celebrated by many of Hollywood’s film community who recognise a magical performer when they see one.

‘Sherlock Jr.’, ‘Steamboat Bill Jr.’ and ‘The General’ are considered three of the most enduring silent comedies and illustrate why Buster Keaton deserves to be celebrated as one of the greatest filmmakers of all time.
