We recently teamed up with the independent business Agua de Madre for a short film competition encouraging female filmmakers to share their lockdown experiences. The winning film will be screened exclusively on Curzon Home Cinema from Friday 30th October, along with Josephine Decker’s Shirley.

Director Josephine Decker acts as one of the judges on the competition, along with actor Gugu Mbatha-Raw, director Sara Dunlop, producer Gaby Tana, entrepreneur Melissa Hemsley and Curzon Artificial Eye MD Louisa Dent.

Presenting to you one of our runners-up: Breathe by Sarah Grant.
